At a five-star hotel, you go to one place, the concierge desk, for any special service you need. Netting & Pace, CPAs has a "concierge desk" of our own. Our concierge services provide help with any of your financial issues all in one place. These services can include:

• Incoming and outgoing mail services
  
• Bill paying: processing, verifying, check writing, and check-signing by two of our CPAs
  
• Banking services: deposits, wire transfers, intra-family transfers and credit card monitoring
  
• Financial research: support for prior payments when vendors have misapplied payments
  
• Oil and gas royalty analysis: postings by property and accounting for various taxes and withholdings
  
• Multi-generational coordination: monitoring periodic payments from or to other generations within the family
  
• Foundation and philanthropy administration: payments to charities, correspondence and compliance with IRS regulations
  
• Document management: accountability for important records required to verify claims, payments, insurance, or asset purchases

Beyond these important tasks, our family office work often includes financial statement preparation showing assets, liabilities and cash flow that are suitable for presentation to third parties.

Netting & Pace hosts periodic meetings to discuss the results of our efforts, including a review of financial statements, tax returns, banking conditions, or the family financial condition. Typically attendees are younger family members who need to become involved with family finances gradually and purposefully over a period of years.

Our executive office and conference room are complimentary on a reservation basis. E-mail, fax, and phone are also available for client use.
